Volta Riders is a social network and community for electric-scooter riders that lets you discover other riders, organize meetups and routes, form clans, share content and take part in rankings, among other features.

This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website and the app. Simply accessing it implies acceptance of these terms.

Access to the app is free, without prejudice to the paid features (VOLTA+). Registering and creating an account is required to access certain features.

The user undertakes to use the service lawfully, diligently and in good faith, without breaching applicable law, public order or these terms, and not to carry out activities that damage, disable or overload the platform or prevent its normal use.

All elements of Volta Riders —brand, logo, name, design, interface, code, texts, graphics and other proprietary content— are owned by Volta Riders or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the owner's express written authorization. You'll find more detail in the Intellectual property section.

The owner works to keep the service available and secure but does not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions, errors or technical incidents, and is not liable for damages arising from the temporary unavailability of the service.

The owner is not responsible for content published by users. Each user is responsible for the information, images and comments they share. If you spot unlawful or rights-infringing content, let us know through Volta Support or by email.

The site may contain links to third-party pages or services (for example, social networks, payment providers or stores). The owner does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies of those third parties.

These terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Andorra. To resolve any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals of the Principality of Andorra, unless the applicable consumer law provides for another jurisdiction.

The owner reserves the right to amend this legal notice to adapt it to legislative, technical or service developments. The version in force is the one published in this section.
